Treatment: Maxillary Full Arch Implant Reconstruction with Bar Attachment Denture Technique

Patient had all upper teeth removed, 4 implants immediately placed and the prosthesis
attached all in one day.

POST TREATMENT MAXILLARY RECONSTRUCTION WITH Bar Attachment Denture TECHNIQUE Patient was placed under IV sedation, all upper teeth were removed,  4 dental implants placed and the prosthesis immediately attached.  All in one day.  The prosthesis is fully fixed and attached to the upper jaw, it functions comparable to natural dentition.

Treatment Provided:  Patient was placed under IV sedation, all maxillary teeth removed and 4 dental implants placed.  A fixed maxillary prosthesis was immediately attached to the implants giving the patient immediate function and ability to chew.
Immediate Result:  Photos from day one at the end of the procedure, note the improved esthetic smile and functional bite that is fully restored.  Prosthesis is completely attached and non-removable.

ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY GALLERY
PRESURGICAL APPEARANCE: Patient with anterior open bite and class III malocclusion (enlarged lower jaw) creating an underbite.  This patient cannot chew with her front teeth and the bite creates excess strain on her posterior teeth and TMJ.

POSTSURGICAL APPEARANCE: Patient underwent orthodontics for 1.5 years and then surgery to reposition the upper and lower jaw was performed.  The surgery closed the openbite and treated the underbite
